We stayed in a two-bedroom house for two nights and loved how easy it was to walk to both the National Railway Museum, which is less than 5 minutes away, and York Minster, located about a 30-minute stroll from our place, making our explorations so enjoyable and convenient.

Staying in the Two-Bedroom House 2 was an absolutely amazing experience. The clear instructions before arrival made everything easy, and finding tea, coffee, and fresh milk in the fridge was a lovely touch. The clean and well-equipped lodge, alongside the wonderful sauna and hot tub, truly elevated our stay, especially after long walks exploring the area. While location accessibility was great, it was a bit tricky with road closures on the day of our departure, but the management was flexible and understanding, allowing us to stay until the roads reopened.

We had an amazing time, the hot tub was just immaculate and we used it every evening after our long walks. Plus, they surprised us with tea and coffee in the fridge which was perfect after traveling all day.

It wasn’t cheap,, but for the experience we had, it was acceptable.

If I had to pick something minor, a bit more storage for toiletries in the bathroom would’ve been nice, but this didn't take away from our awesome stay! 🌟

The retreat was just what we needed. The peaceful environment felt like a little escape. I loved the private hot tub. it really added to the experience. The sauna was fantastic too, making the mornings feel luxurious. The lodge was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. It was wonderful to find essentials like milk, tea, and coffee waiting for us. the only downside was ending up in a disabled access lodge, which didn't have the sauna. Everything else was spot on, just a minor hiccup in room selection.

A cabinet in the bathroom would be useful for toiletries!!! Quality of mattress and pillows could be improved!!! A few hooks in the bathroom for towels would enhance convenience!!!

the lodges were just amazin, super clean and well equipped, loved the hot tub and sauna! the quiet vibe was perf for our weekend getaway, and we appreciated the tea, coffee, and a bottle of prosecco left for us. communication from bookin to arrival was smooth, and it's only a quick taxi ride from york city, so that's a bonus.

i just wished there was a lil more room for toiletries in the bathroom, and the mattress and pillows could've been better quality.
